Job Description
Summary:
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of field inquiries related to marketing initiatives. This resource supports the team's efforts by advising the field about programs, tools and resources that advisors can use to market themselves.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Marketing Support : Assists with planning and coordination of marketing plans, campaigns, programs, communications and materials.
- Consultation Support : Acts as a point of contact for advisors for basic marketing inquiries.
- Project Coordination: Coordinates activities for team members to ensure expectations are met.
- Program Execution: Works closely with managers to complete components of marketing plans and programs.
- Field Enablement : Informs advisors of tools and resources available based on needs.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
- 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing role
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment on a Marketing team.
- Experience executing components of marketing projects/programs..
- Basic understanding of how Marketing operates.
- Ability to handle workflows and work with teams to reach deadlines and meet deliverables.
- Effectively communicates (written and verbal) in order to keep others informed.
- Offers to assist and work with team members to drive business outcomes.
- Strong desire to acquire knowledge and deepen understanding of standard methodologies.
