About the Role
We’ve seen outstanding success from our early field marketing efforts. To build on this success and help unlock new levels of growth, we are searching for a scrappy and motivated Field and Events Marketing Manager to join our growing field marketing team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing, you will work closely with our marketing, sales, account management, tech/product, and broader GTM leadership team. As a team, our overall goal is to execute a multi-channel field marketing strategy that contributes to generating leads, accelerating pipeline, and driving revenue - all with the broader objective of hitting our growth goals and helping Dandy grow to the next level!
What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of large third-party trade shows from soup to nuts; this may include but is not limited to: contract negotiation, venue selection, booth registration, internal staffing, speaker coordination, sponsorship execution, logistics coordination, on-site production, and post-event email marketing.
- Take an active lead in supporting the launch of new field marketing strategies; this will include researching and evaluating new opportunities based on Dandy’s objectives and target audience, and helping to build processes that allow these new programs to scale
- Conduct post-event campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results, and make recommendations for future to sales and marketing teams
- Listen closely to the needs of our sales team; partner with other marketing teams (product, creative, etc.) to develop content and deliverables aligned to the target audience, persona, and market segment
- Complete quarterly budget reviews and ROI analysis; be open to pivoting strategy to align with findings and the changing priorities of the team
- Analyze campaign data in Salesforce, execute campaigns in Marketo or Outreach, analyze spend data in Excel/Google Sheets, design a flyer in Canva, build landing pages on Unbounce or Wordpress, communicate with internal stakeholders on Slack
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in B2B field and/or event marketing
- Willingness to travel (40-50%+) to events across the United States
- Previous experience managing in-person and virtual events as part of an integrated marketing strategy
- Experience in a high-growth B2B tech company environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data sets in Google Sheets or Excel
- Tech-savvy with the ability to become proficient in a variety of software applications such as Marketo, Outreach, and Salesforce
- Overall track record of professional and/or academic success
