The Senior Events Marketing Manager will be the experiential marketing expert in residence concepting and executing event programs that will support the FLASH brand position as the multi-dimensional and innovative mobility leader. We are looking for someone who is passionate about events and branded experiences with expertise in managing an entire program lifecycle from ideation to execution and follow-up.


You will be responsible for creating an immersive FLASH experience the moment a customer engages with our brands or products, informed by business priorities that contribute to opportunity creation and pipeline growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the trade and events team, including but not limited to lead reporting & analysis, managing budgets, briefing cross-functional teams, and presentations to key partners & senior management.
  • Plan & develop pitches to gain exposure in key tradeshows and regions through key placements and activities.
  • Partner with cross-functional Marketing groups (Communications, Social, Media, Mobility Partnerships) to set annual events and trade strategy to drive brand awareness, launch new products and capture leads.
  • Work alongside team to develop & execute plans to engage customers & create excitement around the brand (Mailers, immersive experiences, launches, etc.).
  • Owns the events budget, calendar, team communications and briefings, plus the post-event reporting and analysis.
  • Map overall success and maximize ROI of events by consistently evaluating metrics, providing insight-based recommendations for actions to continue refining strategy and approach
  • Build and manage production teams of various sizes for the scoped deliverables of a project (spanning film, interactive, social, etc). Lead partner vetting, selection, speaker outreach and prep, logistics and scoping processes. Own run-of-show plan for events.
  • Oversee and develop event properties including supporting materials, invites, websites, collateral, and branded premiums to support FLASH business priorities and objectives.
  • Drive creative development process. Collaborate with the creative team and cross-functional stakeholders on content development and production requirements that maximize creative quality with business impact.

What You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience managing the planning, design, creative development and production of events, experiential marketing content, and interactive/immersive experiences within a creative agency or in-house team.
  • Passion for and experience with new, innovative technologies and physical/digital experiences.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, interpret and prioritize information, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to communicate concepts and production approach to various stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, listening, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, and flexible with ability to own and lead projects confidently with minimal direction.
  • Organizational skills with great attention to detail and thorough follow-up. Eager to develop processes and resources that achieve team effectiveness and business goals.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Salesforce, Hubspot, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote and virtual meeting platforms (Microsoft Teams or Zoom or BlueJeans, etc).
  • Bachelor's degree
