We're hiring an Event Marketing Manager to support conference & hosted events with the goal of building and accelerating a pipeline of opportunities while building the Big Health brand. As a member of the marketing team, you’ll report to the Events and Partnership Lead and work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams. We're looking for candidates who are passionate about marketing and events. You are detail-oriented, dedicated to delivering extraordinary experiences, and a team player who is excited to be part of a dynamic and ambitious marketing communications team with a "no task is too small" mindset. You have experience with event operations, contract negotiation, budgeting, and cross-functional partner relations.

What you'll do:

  • Support planning and execution of our national trade shows
  • Negotiate trade show sponsorships and booth placements and identify additional opportunities for added brand exposure
  • Develop creative briefs for internal content and campaigns team to produce materials that will support events and meetings
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with trade show management to assist with contract negotiations
  • Manage registration, travel, and housing arrangements for internal team members attending national events
  • Manage logistics of virtual events including webinars and roundtable events

What you bring:

  • 3-5 years of marketing, client service or project management experience
  • Project management software experience (i.e. Monday, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across teams
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines in a team environment
  • Ability to work both autonomously and in a group dynamic
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
