Who You Are:

PartySlate seeks a highly-motivated, organized, and detailed individual to join the PartySlate marketing team as Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Events Manager to drive new sales opportunities, retain client roster, and fuel business growth by producing high-impact marketing events in cities across the country. The Event Coordinator should have excellent communication skills, thrive in a cross-team collaborative environment, and possess a strong desire to learn and grow. 

Responsibilities might include: 

  • Collaborate with events, sales, and marketing teams on creative vision, strategy, and execution of PartySlate-hosted events in cities across the country

  • Manage pre-event logistics, including event invitation creation, guest list creation and management, tracking RSVPs and guest communication, and more

  • Manage event partner relationships with leading vendors and venues for each event

  • Assist with creating event marketing materials and creative assets

  • Assist with management of on-site event logistics, including day-of preparation, vendor management, timeline execution, and more

  • Maintain the integrity of the PartySlate brand and voice within all content and imagery

  • Stay up-to-date on event, content marketing, and social media trends

Qualifications should include:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in events, marketing, or related field

  • Proficient in Google Suite

  • Extremely strong research, writing, and editing skills

  • Highly organized, self starter, and self motivator

  • Willingness to learn and perfect new skills
