The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

What you will learn and contribute to

As a Regional Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Regional Marketing, your main task would be to support our regional direct and partner sales teams through well-targeted and adapted tactical marketing programs

As part of our team, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with the regional enterprise sales team, partner sales managers and partners to develop specific regional programs that generate demand to increase the sales funnel in the region.
  • Develop Regional Marketing plans and initiatives in the region.
  • Support development & execution of programs and events for direct and partner sales
  • Federate and customize various global vertical programs & approaches into comprehensive and suitable actions and activities.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing plans with partners - including optimization of co-op fund and/or MDF based on partner business plans
  • Measure progress & achievements in line with set Global Marketing metrics
  • Leverage internal resources around PR /AR, customer references and events to ensure activity levels drive increased awareness
  • Adapt/customize global material and content as / where required
  • Leverage and execute closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs and identify/ execute indicated actions
  • Support events (physical and digital) rollout and execution for the region



Your skills and experience

You have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing for direct and or channel business
  • Knowledge of the partner environment & needs and an ability to translate them into concrete marketing tactics
  • Excellent negotiation skills (internal and external)
  • Ability to navigate in a matrix organization and federate input and contributions from various organizations
  • Demonstrated writing, communication and interpersonal skills - ability to communicate effectively across varying organizational levels & teams
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • High energy and customer focus
  • "Can do" attitude and sense of urgency
