About the Role
The Healthcare Professional Marketing Team is seeking an Engagement Marketing Manager to build deeper relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
Healthcare providers are an essential partner to GoodRx in our ultimate goal of helping Americans get the care they need at a price they can afford. We know that doctors, pharmacists, NPs, and PAs are some of the most trusted professionals in the healthcare system. Our work to engage more deeply is focused on educating providers on GoodRx as a tool that can help their patients afford the care they need, and in turn improve patient adherence and outcomes.
This role will own engagement marketing campaign ideation, creation, and management for the prescriber (physicians, NPs, and PAs) audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Own strategy and execution on building new engagement campaigns with the goal of educating prescribers on the value props of GoodRx to them and their patients, and creating meaningful brand relationships
- Lead prescriber newsletter strategy, content curation, copywriting, and deployment
- Manage advertising relationships with prescriber-facing publications, running campaigns to build brand awareness and affinity
- Collaborate cross-departmentally with CRM, offline, social media, product, and creative teams
- Run our Medical Advisory Board including member communications, quarterly meetings, and beyond
- Engage directly and listen to healthcare providers to gather insights and help influence strategy, partnership, and collaboration
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in engagement marketing, community marketing, content marketing, or social media roles
- Experience with provider marketing, or at a provider-facing organization
- Familiarity with the healthcare, health tech, or similar industries, and a passion for improving the healthcare system and the lives of healthcare providers
- A dedication to investigating the needs of different audiences and shaping engagement campaigns to address what matters to them
- Proficiency in optimizing for specific content distribution channels like newsletters, social media, and SEO
- Takes initiative and is self-directed, but also thrives in collaborative settings
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
