Position Specific Description

Join Power Wizard, a startup funded by NextEra Energy, a Fortune 200 and North America's largest renewable energy company. We specialize in comparing electricity plans and find the best Texas electricity rates for our customers. We ensure our customers never overpay for electricity ever again.

As a Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supercharging our growth by developing and executing campaigns and strategies via email marketing. Your focused is on incentivizing the existing customer community via email referral programs, develop email Affiliate programs, and develop email acquisition strategies based on new email lead lists.

Responsibilities:

• Your focus is on building email lists, creating and optimizing emails for conversion and sales, and keeping leads warm through constant email marketing
• Develop email campaigns that onboard, engage, and retain potential and current customers
• Develop email marketing campaigns that deliver persuasive messages
• Build, execute, and drive a roadmap for scaling our referral email marketing programs
• Work with key partners across the organization (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care) to identify and implement referral programs through internal and external channels
• Plan and execute strategic partner email marketing campaigns that generate additional partner leads and revenue
• Engage and uncover key insights from our existing customer base to build successful referral and Affiliate email sales programs
• A/B testing to optimize email campaigns and increase sales and conversions, suggest and implement improvements based on data-driven results
• Ensure design and layouts of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly
• Send graphics requests to designer and proofread messages
