As an Email Marketing QA Specialist at Lucid Software, you will be responsible for giving our users the best possible experience by ensuring the emails we send are high-quality and error-free. You will achieve this by working closely with the other members of the Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) team to review batch sends, new programmatic campaigns, transactional emails, and audience logic. This is an entry level role with huge future growth opportunities. It’s perfect for a driven individual to learn email marketing in a fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

• Ensure our email marketing efforts are high quality and a great customer experience
• Work closely with the broader CRM team to build and send emails to a high standard of excellence
• Perform end-to-end testing of our transactional emails and associated user flows

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills, facilitating effective customer relationships and cross-functional teamwork
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Creative and effective marketing and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree related to business or marketing, and 0-1 year of marketing related experience
• Technical knowledge of the latest marketing automation & CRM tools is a plus
• Experience in coding HTML/CSS and testing is a plus
