Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to partner with a cross-functional global marketing team to support development, execution and optimization of email as a demand channel. You will be responsible for owning email strategy, execution and reporting with engagement and conversion in mind, helping the demand generation marketing team reach pipeline goals. Working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, this role will be wearing a lot of hats and should have a strong grasp of content strategy, email tech and trends, and email reporting and optimization tactics. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, has strong organization skills, an excellent collaborator and communicator and takes their work seriously but not themselves.
Your Day-to-Day Role
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and optimize the email campaign lifecycle - from concept development through results measurement - to build a strong engaged marketable database and influence full-funnel conversion rates
- Conceptualize, build and optimize automated email nurture programs to align with our general campaign strategy and pipeline goals.
- Manage end-to-end execution of email campaigns - including setting goals, internal enablement and communication, audience strategy and targeting, personalization tokens and strategy, behavior triggers, creative and content requirements, analyzing and reporting on results.
- Own the execution of monthly newsletter programs - including customer newsletter and communications and a new engaging prospect newsletter.
- Develop and own the quarterly email communications calendar, as well as run a weekly email enablement meeting.
- Work closely with the Creative and Content teams to develop an on-brand recognizable email visual identity and voice.
- Analyze and report on email KPIs including engagement metrics like deliverability, open rates, click rates, opt-out rate + conversion metrics like conversion rates, volumes, score updates, impact on opportunity creation and progression, with a focus on driving improvements to support our business goals.
- Analyze and report on email as a channel - Identify automation opportunities, industry developments and trends, best practices, and innovative execution strategies.
Your Work Experience
- 3-5 years email marketing experience within a fast-paced B2B space
- A growth mindset - always making improvements, trying new things, rolling with changes, and a can-do attitude
- Proven success managing a global email strategy, execution and optimization
- Experience with Pardot is strongly preferred
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and hands-on experience with merge fields, automations, and dynamic content blocks
- Proficient in creative, builder and project management tools i.e., Figma, Adobe Suite, Stripo, Asana, Monday
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization

This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will work out of our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office to maximize collaboration and interaction with the business.
