We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to manage, implement and report on acquisition and customer lifetime marketing campaigns. This person will need to deliver against revenue goals, create end-to-end acquisition email campaigns, establish an experimentation/optimization strategy and build intelligent trigger/automation that significantly increases agent acquisition and production. 

This role reports to the Head of B2B Agency Marketing, collaborates closely with Brand/Creative/Content team, and Agency Production team to ensure achievement of revenue goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Owns a communication calendar.
• Hands on creating, implementing and managing email campaigns to meet acquisition goals, agent onboarding and agent communication campaigns.
• Hands on developing A/B testing plans, optimization plans and cross sell email campaigns.
• Hands on directing internal/external copywriter and graphics designer for creative assets.
• Hands on implementing marketing automation data-driven logic, email template, campaign configuration and metrics reporting.

What We Need:

• 5+ years experience of B2B email marketing experience, including deep knowledge of ABM
• Must have direct ownership of revenue target
• Must have hands-on marketing automation experience (Marketo, Pardot, Responsys, Iterable, Mailchimp).
• Excellent in logic and data analytics
• Excellent in audience segmentation & persona identification
• Excellent in influential messaging strategy
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and balance short & long term tradeoffs.
