Overview

Join the Intuit Consumer Group Marketing team as we continue to expand our business to new products, services, and customers. As the push and email marketing operations manager, your primary goal will be to execute ongoing monetization and engagement direct response campaigns (email, push notifications and in-app messaging). In this role, you will work with a team of passionate marketers delivering an exceptional experience for customers, strong results for our business, in a fun & high-performing environment.

What you'll bring

  • 3-5 years' experience of building push and email campaigns. Experience with running campaigns within a marketing automation/multichannel orchestration platform (Braze experience a plus)
  • Experience in execution of complex, triggered based campaigns (international experience preferred) and A/B and multivariate test design.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL
  • S./M.S. in Computer Science, Marketing, similar disciplines, or equivalent experience.
  • Process orientated, strong documentation, coordination and project management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills: Ability to articulate complex workflows, dependencies, solutions, and trade-offs.
  • Passion for velocity, new technologies, unconventional thinking, and pushing boundaries.
  • Solution-oriented problem solver and regularly step back from the details of a problem and come up with creative solutions to achieve success.
  • Ability to ask why, and make recommendations to stakeholders on solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, super compact seasonal environment to meet tight deadlines and anticipate problems acting proactively.



How you will lead

  • Build, QA, and deploy highly personalized journeys using our marketing automation applications for marketing email and push communications. Includes collaboration with stakeholders on complex requirements, campaign logic, and building segments/audiences.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, marketing strategy, IXP, analytics, and engineering.
  • Own and implement marketing tests to drive optimizations (e.g. creative, subject lines, audience segments, triggers, etc.)
  • Work with data activation and engineering teams to ensure the right messages get to the right audiences at the right time
  • You will manage the creation of complex, personalized, and dynamic messages.
  • Improve and optimize customer communications, capabilities, processes, and documentation.
  • Be the domain expert of the platforms and provide insights and recommendations back to stakeholders identifying capabilities/enhancements
  • Work with marketing technology, analytics and engineering teams to spot gaps in the current process, resolve the issues quickly, document and make improvements in efficiency, deliverability and cycle time
  • Manage schedules to meet critical deliverable dates proactively communicating timing, any sequencing of campaigns needed and any risks seen with the execution of campaigns
  • Extreme ownership of the work including QA rigor
