We are searching for a Dynamics Administrator who will be responsible for Dynamics Marketing operations & automation. This professional will lead the day-to-day operation of our Dynamics Marketing application and related marketing technologies. Our marketing and web teams depend on marketing automation to support a robust campaign calendar. As a business analyst and an involved member of the Commercial System technical team, the Dynamics Administrator - Marketing will continuously champion and advance the use of marketing automation within Tektronix. This role with work closely with our business counterpart "Marketing Automation Specialist" in the Marketing department.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with Dynamics Marketing, identifying, driving, and closing support requests. Look for new standard methodologies to implement in our marketing efforts across the organization
  • Own assigned projects and aim to completion, collaborating when vital with other marketing, sales operations, and technology team members
  • Capture and interpret requirements to support Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales in line with our strategy; provide guidance and insights to campaign owners regarding segmentation of lists
  • Segment and use the marketing database for efficient and effective campaign targeting, including data cleanliness and accurate segmentation
  • Establish automation processes, including lead scoring, cultivating, and workflows
  • Supervise and improve our lead scoring algorithms and lead syncing.
  • Lead marketing assets, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Marketing email templates and lead generation forms on tek.com landing pages
  • Analyze and make recommendations to improve attribution modeling and implement approved changes
  • Support our subscription management ("preference center") and opt-in marketing process in Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, taking into consideration regional data requirements and data privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.
  • Develop, document, and carry out business rules, processes, programs, naming conventions, and procedures; assist in data stewardship efforts
  • Support our lead championing campaigns and work with all the Program Managers to ensure they are optimized with minimal collisions
  • Perform platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration; in addition, review Marketing user's security making vital adjustments to support the platform.
  • Deliver training to end-users and support our Global Marketing team on how to use Dynamics Marketing functionality as well as apply other marketing tools effectively.
  • This will require email and landing page design troubleshooting (including minor web development/HTML editing).
  • Understand the end-to-end flow of marketing data for optimization and reporting purposes
  • Support roll-out of scalable, self-service marketing performance metrics, benchmarks, reports, and dashboards in collaboration with other marketing operations team members
  • Work multi-functionally within the Tektronix commercial organization to ensure timely delivery of Marketing Operations projects in support of our strategic goals
  • PowerBI power user would be ideal
  • Exposer to Microsoft Customer Voice is a plus
  • Ability to translate marketing requirements to technical reality


This role works with the Commercials System within the Tektronix Technology Solutions team.

Qualifications:

Required Experience

  • 5 years' experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM administration (min 2 years of Dynamics 365 experience)
  • Marketo or similar marketing automation technologies that are integrated with Dynamics CRM and other MarTech applications
  • 1-2 years' Marketing Automation experience preferred, ideally Dynamics Marketing but Eloqua, Marketo experience
  • Experience using Dynamics Campaign, Opportunity, Lead/Contact, and Account objects as well as building reports and dashboards
  • Sitecore CMS experience a bonus
  • Sophisticated functional understanding of the campaign management process, attribution and measurement, and marketing funnel management
  • Business analytic skills with the ability to extract insights from data
  • Understanding of core marketing concepts and standard methodologies
  • Demonstrable understanding of HTML, CSS, and the capabilities of content marketing platforms
  • Strong and insightful operational skills
  • Ability to implement quickly and with high quality while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of an organization, and comfortable working in a highly diverse, distributed work environment
  • Ability to communicate sophisticated topics in simple, succinct terms
