Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in account management and programmatic media.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.



Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns, online measurement, operations, advertisement networks, Demand Side Platforms, digital video, programmatic media, and Google platforms.
  • Experience with the display ecosystem of buying platforms, first and third-party audience targeting, online measurement, advertisement operations, and Google Display Ad platforms.
  • Knowledge of Google Marketing Platform and Google Ads solutions for display and video.
  • Ability to demonstrate measurable impact of campaign strategy and deliver customer-focused results.
  • Ability to successfully navigate/influence in a business environment, and manage multiple/simultaneous projects.
  • Excellent SQL and data analysis skills.

The Display and Programmatic Specialist team supports our Google Display Ads, Display and Video 360 advertisers, and internal sales teams. Our Specialists provide services to deliver on customers' business and marketing objectives including technical pre-sales, design of customized solutions, implementation of complex ads products, product consultation, privacy guidance, and measurement of impact. Our scaled services are designed to deliver core campaign-level Key Performance Indicators and include campaign monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

As a Display and Programmatic Specialist, you'll focus on driving media activation and campaign management across agencies and partners. You'll build infrastructure and capabilities for an agency and drive media strategy with customers and agencies. You'll act as the connection between the Campaign Management team and customers for current campaign performance and future programmatic strategy. You'll proactively navigate multiple stakeholders, bridge organizational and structural gaps, and mobilize internal resources to deliver a seamless experience for agencies, partners, and customers.

Additional Information
(Colorado only*) Minimum salary range between $87,000 - $94,000 bonus equity benefits

Responsibilities

  • Drive performance on Google Display Ads and Display and Video 360 by helping key Advertisers or Agencies enhance optimization capabilities in key areas.
  • Develop and apply knowledge of advertising industry trends and synthesize with customer objectives in creating media solutions.
  • Partner with media activation leads and help enhance media management and optimization workflows.
  • Partner effectively with in-market sales teams and scaled delivery teams to deliver against customer objectives.
  • Introduce and drive optimization and campaign management approaches on Google Display Ads and Display and Video 360.
