Senior Manager, Public Relations - Media Relations
We are looking for an experienced external communicator to support the planning and execution of communications programs that help tell ADP's unique story in the media. Working collaboratively and within a matrixed organization, the person in this position will help to create external communications plans, develop key messaging, and leverage PR tactics to generate overall awareness of the ADP brand with clients, prospects and target audiences. Focus will be centered on leveraging ADP's extensive data set and workforce insights and studies from ADP Research Institute to tap into the current news cycle with data-driven storytelling. An understanding of business and financial news is a bonus, but not a requirement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for supporting the development and execution of comprehensive PR programs that focus on leveraging data findings and studies for earned media pitches and topics.
• Garner media interviews for key subject-matter experts.
• Assist with drafting and editing media materials, including media briefing documents, written Q&As, bylined articles, and press releases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors' degree required.
• Demonstrable experience in Communications, Media Relations and Executive Positioning.
• Journalism or PR agency experience desirable.
• Keen understanding of how to craft and communicate a compelling message, and the ability to influence external audiences.
• Strong familiarity with business publications and HR trade media desirable.
• Strong knowledge of social and digital media best practices and experience developing effective content for these platforms.
• Ability to work across matrixed organizations to drive results.
• Energetic and results-oriented attitude, willingness to embrace new ideas and drive change.

The targeted base salary range for this role is listed in the compensation section below. Actual salary may be above or below this range based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. In addition, this position may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

Compensations Range for U.S. Nevada Residents: $100,000 - $120,000
