The Role:

We are looking for an exceptional product marketing leader to build our go-to-market strategy, help us win on sales, and shape the future of our product.

What You’ll Do:

As our Director of Product Marketing, you will build out a world-class product marketing infrastructure to ensure the success of our product in the market. Working with our Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, you will transform our messaging of our entire customer journey to attract customers to our platform. This will involve developing stories that resonate with our buyers and users to position our product as the leader in the early-career recruitment space. You will work cross-functionally to ensure we are going to market with the best strategies, pricing, and product packages. In addition to developing our product marketing team, you will establish an enablement function that can consistently train and update our client-facing reps to effectively share our product story!

RippleMatch is a remote-first company.
