About the RoleThe Director of Product Marketing leads the strategy, planning, and execution of product marketing programs for our Altium 365 platform. The role is instrumental in driving the growth and adoption of Altium 365 among our current and prospective customers.A Day in The Life of Our Director of Product Marketing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for Altium 365, including positioning, messaging, value proposition, and competitive analysis
- Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, launch plans, and ongoing support
- Lead the creation of marketing materials, including sales collateral, whitepapers, case studies, and product demos, to effectively communicate the benefits and features of Altium 365
- Drive product launch activities, including coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure successful market introductions
- Develop thought leadership content and educational resources to drive awareness and adoption of Altium 365
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategies
- Oversee relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and customers to increase visibility and credibility for Altium 365
- Continuously monitor and report on product marketing performance, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed to achieve targets
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the electronics or SaaS industries
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product marketing strategies for complex, technical products
- Strong understanding of the electronics design and manufacturing industry, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results
The salary range for this role is {$286,000-$300,000}. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
