Why we’re Hiring
Our product team has grown rapidly over the last year with the addition of two new product lines and a number of new features, most of which grew out of requests from current clients. We are looking for a strategic senior product marketing leader who can partner with our Head of Product and the rest of our Marketing organization to help refine our messaging and positioning, and develop strategies to grow awareness and adoption of our products.
We aren’t looking for someone to continue to execute the way we have in the past; this is an opportunity for someone who is excited to rethink how we approach product marketing, who is able to communicate what is working and what isn’t, and to push our team to deliver product marketing that is as good as our products.
What you’ll be doing
As the leader of our product marketing team, you’ll work collaboratively across teams at Alloy to
- Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user and persona research, market insights, and product knowledge.
- Deeply understand how to scope and execute marketing strategies to reach client segments.
- Help shape the product roadmap and strategy working closely with the product team.
- Build a deep understanding of our customers and act as an advocate for them across the organization.
- Understand our competitive landscape to ensure that our sales team has the market knowledge and resources they need to be successful.
- Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams—product managers, sales, design, engineering, and communications —to develop go-to-market strategies and drive launches for our products.
- Partner with the Product and Growth Marketing teams to track the right metrics and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis.
- Think globally to expand our footprint around the world, adapting your understanding of local market needs, competitors, and pricing accordingly.
- Recruit and manage a team of high-performing Product Marketers.

- You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and are able to context switch between the 10,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things done.
- A team player. You are able to work with a range of disciplines to execute on your work.
