About the Role
GoodRx is hiring a Director of Paid Social to help run and expand our social channels and performance. We are looking for an experienced leader who can use experience, data, and teamwork to improve results in established channels - like Facebook - and chart a course to expand social from only a DR driver to a full funnel growth driver across many social platforms. This individual will work closely with our internal teams (data, product, engineering, brand etc.) as well as our external partners, owning our creative strategy, testing and campaign optimization. The Director will be responsible for managing daily media optimizations as well as closely tracking overall campaign performance ensuring we hit our growth goals against all metrics. GoodRx is heavily focused on Facebook today and is looking for a leader who can help us expand and test into new platforms, accessing new customer segments.
Responsibilities
- Build a social channel strategy and roadmap that delivers on our KPIs leveraging historical performance data, consumer insights, and inputs from our partners
- Develop strategies, manage, and optimize existing paid social marketing channels: Facebook and Reddit
- Manage our external partner to coordinate testing, optimizations and new initiatives
- Using a test and learn approach, expand GoodRx’s presence in new social ecosystems addressing all stages of the customer journey
- Work with internal and external parties to develop high-performing creative assets for testing and new campaigns
- Lead and manage daily media optimizations, collaborating with our partners, internal stakeholders and creative resources
- Collaborate with the VP of Marketing, as well as the brand marketing and business unit teams on new tests and initiatives to increase customer acquisition and upsell/cross-sell efforts that increase LTV
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform planning and optimization for future media and content strategies
- Build distinct social campaign strategies that complement our evergreen acquisition efforts to build equity with social audiences over time
- Work with design and product teams to create and execute landing page tests and optimizations
- Measure, report, and share KPIs proactively and produce recaps and channel reports for ongoing internal review meetings and standups
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience directly managing Facebook paid efforts, particularly with monthly budgets of 7 figures
- Deep experience working with 1st party data sets for targeting and lift measurement, and working with offline conversions data solutions (LiveRamp, conversions APIs, etc.)
- Deep understanding of consumer marketing, demand generation, content production, and marketing/sales funnels
- Ability and interest in being hands-on work and closely engaged in all levels of marketing execution from strategy, to planning and execution
- Strong Project Management skills with proven success coordinating creative efforts, new test ideas, reporting, and optimizations
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally and have the ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with key external and internal partners
- Execute consistently in a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment and carry out self-directed responsibilities
- Positive, energetic, and exude a strong sense of teamwork by working effectively, respectfully, and efficiently with all team members
- Highly skilled at analyzing and interpreting data
