Director of Operator Marketing
Summary
The Director of Operator Marketing is a leadership role that is responsible for charting the course for operator marketing strategy and tactical execution. The role will lead a team to build, scale and execute marketing campaigns that spotlight new and existing games to Casino Operators. The Director of Operator Marketing will chart the course for the commercial buying process, and commercial strategy development in support of commercial objectives, goals, and priorities. The role will effectively partner with cross functional Marketing team members, Product teams, Studios, and other departments to ensure achievement of business objectives and strategic priorities. The role will shape marketing strategy through the annual planning process and develop tactical execution campaigns. To be successful in this role, the Director of Operator Marketing will require strong understanding of the gaming industry, commercial strategy development, tactical execution, measurement, resource allocation and effectively collaborate with internal departments and external partners including, agency of record. The Director of Operator Marketing will lead a team of individual contributors and scale the team in alignment with the marketing and commercial priorities of Aristocrat.
What you'll do

• Define and lead implementation of Operator Marketing strategy
• Define and lead tactical planning in alignment with Marketing strategy and commercial priorities
• Embed a commercial development planning process to achieve business objectives
• Cross functional partner with Marketing functions and external partners to ensure coordinated marketing efforts
• Represent Operator Marketing on the Marketing Leadership Team
• Lead, coach and develop team of individual contributors responsible for Operator Marketing
• Establish marketing performance metrics and measurement in partnership with Insights and Analytics team
• Partner on development of market research initiatives, instruments, and key performance indicators or benchmarks
• Serve as the leading voice of Operator Marketing with commercial functions, including Sales Force
• Effectively partner with Aristocrat Gaming leadership on regional business initiatives, priorities, and ad-hoc marketing requests
• Effectively chart the course for Aristocrat partners including Agency of Record
• Support operational effectiveness initiatives

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and / or equivalent work related experience
• Minimum 5 years of gaming experience, extensive knowledge of gaming industry or equivalent experience in business operations
• History of strong communications, and ability to build executive communications
• Proven track record of business operations, budgeting, finance, and investment allocation
• Proven track record of cross functional collaboration and implementing change
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMs)
