About the role:
The B2B Marketing Team is seeking a Director of HCP Direct Mail Marketing to lead the strategy, optimization, and execution of GoodRx’s direct mail marketing to our healthcare professional audiences.
Healthcare professionals are an essential partner to GoodRx in our ultimate goal of helping Americans get the care they need at a price they can afford. We know that the members of the care team are some of the most trusted professionals in the healthcare system. Our relationship with HCPs is crucial to our higher-level business goals. We want GoodRx to be a top of mind solution for HCPs when helping their patients access and afford the treatment they need. Today, GoodRx mails “Savings Kits” to healthcare providers across the United States.
Reporting to the VP of B2B Marketing and partnering closely with the HCP Marketing Team, this role will be responsible for bringing this critical direct mail channel to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with HCP Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, and Business Intelligence to develop and execute comprehensive direct mail campaigns
- Refine current processes, streams, and creatives with the goal of improving channel performance
- Analyze performance and optimize based on findings
- Collaborate with HCP Marketing and beyond to create a seamless omni-channel experience for our healthcare professional audiences
Skills & qualifications:
- Extensive experience with direct mail marketing channels, specifically with boxed materials
- Highly collaborative and eager to learn about the audience from internal and external experts
- Top-notch communication skills and ability to keep all stakeholders informed throughout a campaign
- Passionate about building strong relationships with HCPs to create positive brand sentiment and awareness
- Creative and eager to find new ways to solve old problems
- Flexible self-starter with attention to detail who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects at once
- Experience in healthcare industry a plus
