We're looking for a 365 Services & Benefits Marketing Director to join our NA Consumer Direct Marketing organization. This position will play a key role in driving meaningful relationships with Nike consumers and create true distinction for Nike Direct through the services and benefits that we create to serve athletes*. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proven track record developing and carrying out consumer-centric, multi-channel marketing plans, and have the capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. It's crucial that this individual be proactive, curious, data-minded, and actively looking for ways we can obsess the consumer journey/experience to help build daily relationships with our brand. This individual should have experience working on best in class direct to consumer experiences and journeys, driving acquisition, engagement and retention. The Consumer Direct Marketing team lives and breathes at the intersection of art and science - It's as much about being able to successfully translate complex data/insights, as it isdemonstratingg incredible brand smarts and intuition to uncover inspiring storytelling, drive a great brief, and ultimately, create amazing connections with consumers. In this role you will obsess the end to end consumer experience on all Nike owned digital platforms and retail store concepts, informed by insights, analytics and creative approach to position Nike Direct's services and benefits as best in class. You will craft and deliver seasonal and always-on marketing strategies and plans, grounded in consumer insights and aligned with brand and business priorities with clear KPI's. You will partner closely with the lifecycle marketing team to elevate and integrate services and benefits into the daily member experience. You will work closely with business teams to identify and craft moments for member distinction through elevated benefits. You will craft consumer journeys with cross-functional partners across NA and our key cities to deliver impactful positioning and storytelling, elevating our services and benefits and create distinction in the marketplace, creating end in mind to drive long term value and engagement. The candidate should have an understanding of analytics, communicating channel insights, tear downs and takeaways on a weekly-monthly-seasonally basis.

You will craft strategy regarding A/B testing in partnership with Global and cross functional teams, influencing future marketing strategies with insights. You will partner with Nike cross functional teams to have a full understanding of current and future capabilities of all Nike owned platforms. You will deliver marketing plans that use capabilities in an innovative way to drive best in class marketing experiences for our consumers and members.
As a member of the NA Consumer Direct Marketing (CDM) team, you will report to the Senior Director, of 365 Consumer Direct Marketing. You'll partner closely with the city, geo and global teams, along with external agency partners to develop deep, '365' programming plans to power our Nike Direct services and benefits across digital and stores. Building positive relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be imperative to your success. You will collaborate daily with partners on the NA 365 Consumer Direct Marketing team (Mens, Womens, Retail Moments, Innovation and Engagement), Member Lifecycle team, NA Digital Channel Teams, NA brand management, integrated media, and creative studios to bring the brand to life across digital and stores.

  • BA/BS Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.
  • 8+ years of work experience in digital/online marketing or related field
  • 2+ years work experience in direct to consumer marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and tactics across key channels including digital apps, email, .com experiences, paid media and social, and how to apply these tactics to thoughtful journeys against the funnel
  • Ability to craft strong briefs based on Art and Science that improves the deployment of outstanding content that will win with our consumer
  • Proven track record leading and implementing consumer-centric, multi-channel, integrated marketing strategies
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills to influence functional teams and cross-functional projects
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort demonstrating how art and science come together to inform plans and decision making
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics standard methodologies and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions
