Job Description

TEAM is searching for a talented Marketing Director who will focus driving awareness and marketing strategy for a global business and marketing team. Director of Marketing is responsible for providing guidance to our international marketing department by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands. You will also be working closely with our sales department to develop a pricing strategy that will help us maximize profits and market share.This person is expected to work on a cross department team - both locally and globally - in order to accomplish specified goals. The team consists of 3 regional market managers and 4-5 operations-focused members (ie., content, digital, operations, and design).

Responsibilities:• Overseeing marketing department growth, personnel, performance, and execution.
• Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy - communications, events, digital marketing, social, and messaging.
• Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts across regions and products.
• Researching demand and competition for our products and services.
• Working with the sales department to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
• Identifying potential customers through demand generation, content, advertising, and trade publications
• Developing promotions with advertising international set of regional managers.
• Understanding and developing budgeting and finance, including expenditures, research cost, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
• Building brand awareness and positioning.
• Organizing company conferences, trade shows, and major events.

7+ years of marketing experience along with team management experience. Assist with communication to customers as needed

Preferred Qualifications:• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps
• Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
• Proven marketing campaign experience.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage budgets.
• Professional and proactive work ethic.
• High competence in project and stakeholder management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Experience with digital marketing forms such as advertising and social media marketing.
