ROLE SUMMARY

We're looking for a Product Manager to lead product development for MyCooler, our fast-growing consumer rewards program, and will be responsible for the planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle, from defining the vision to organizing product roadmap and activities based on the goals of the program.

You will own the product development for this high priority digital product and have the opportunity to partner with our iconic brands to scale the product across the country.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will be the "voice of the product journey" to key stakeholders to ensure the members' needs are met and the functional groups that are part of your team are getting the direction and support they need to be successful.
  • Product Discovery: work closely with members, brands and cross functional teams to own the identification of new members problems and solutions, driving execution to achieve quantifiable customer outcomes
  • Partner with engineers and designers to ideate, prioritize and deliver great solutions for our members and brands
  • Clearly articule what we are able to learn about our consuers, products, and brands through data gathered. Help drive meaningful insights back into the business.
  • Own product feature communications. Able to transform raw thoughts into clear documentation and/or direction (e.g., functional requirements, feature CX design approach) in addition to FAQs or other strategic documentation.
  • Identify "Go to Market (GTM)" stakeholders and bring them along on the product journey by clearly articulating feature scope, timeline, owners, risks, and the steps being taken to mitigate risks
  • Oversee the launch process, including test and deployment to Beta/Prod.
  • Define, understand, and improve key growth metrics, based on business impact and supported by data from your product. You'll own complex features and experiments endto-end, including defining product specs, driving cross-functional execution, and making thoughtful product decisions along the way.
  • Leading by example and with the support of the tech team at AB, you will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance.



Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience building consumer web/mobile products; experience and passion for marketing and consumer tech is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills to break down and solve complex problems
  • Strong perspective on this domain with an openmindedness for an evolution of that perspective.
  • Empathy for consumer needs. You have a sense for consumer painpoints and how to solve them to achieve a win for consumers and our brands.
  • Product sense and craftsmanship. You will own important product interactions, so it is important to have an understanding of data, technical and UX/UI related concepts
  • Have a successful track record of leading crossfunctional teams to deliver great product experiences
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Extra bonus for fluency in Spanish and/or basic coding understanding (no coding required for position)
