What you'll do

  • Collaborate with internal business units and stakeholders to lead marketing strategy and define, prioritize, and develop projects for new customer acquisition and launches, professional services, and internal initiatives.
  • Proven track record in SaaS marketing working with innovative technology and partnering with the revenue and product teams to get customers to adopt product and integrations with ease.
  • Analyze and monitor new business pipeline and project data, including budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the development of all marketing campaigns to ensure strategic business goal achievement.
  • Ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding company standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Strategy, Product and Business Unit teams to launch successful go to market strategies for product and feature campaign launches.
  • Streamline process for all projects new customer launches, professional services, and internal initiatives.
  • Work with strategy and content team to develop messaging with clear articulation of our value propositions for all touch points: mass outreach, re-target, halo, thought leadership and web content
  • Understand key personas for customer types and customer journeys; identify where in those journeys we can add value through our content and customer journey.
  • Manage a team that develops outbound/inbound marketing campaigns for revenue and GTM teams, including sales kits, creation of new ideas and campaigns that align with sales goals
  • Monitor, track, and document campaign results with analysis on data, returns, and customer response; optimize channel performance based on data
  • Develop outbound/inbound marketing for audience acquisition, including executive invitation strategy and acquisition collateral, as well as incorporating new ideas and campaigns that align with acquisition and retention
  • Work across the company to get alignment on larger strategic goals and own marketing team commitment to those goals
