Republic Capital is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy and execution for our private investment platform. Republic Capital is the family office and institutional arm of Republic, encompassing all venture funds, private equity, and late-stage deal-specific investment opportunities.

This role would be the first marketing hire at Republic Capital, and would be responsible for executing on the strategy while building an elite team. 

The right person is highly effective, creative, experienced, and driven. You will work closely with our Investor Relations team, Investment Team, and Strategy team to develop, execute, and deliver on a marketing strategy.

What you'll do:

• Work with Republic Capital teams to develop the macro marketing strategy that drives our brand to become the go-to platform for limited partners and founders
• Own the strategy and execution for all branding, content, social, community, advertising and media
• Partner with the Product and Platform teams to co-own the digital customer experience on our website, mobile applications and externally facing channels
• Hire or oversee all external vendors and internal service level agreements related to marketing
• Leverage data and support from Investor Relations and Operations teams to produce frequent investor reporting at the investment and company level

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of marketing experience; driven marketer ready to steer a rocket-ship to next phase of growth
• Experience working within the start-up or investment sector is required; FinTech, Financial or Regulated Industry experience is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to own and be accountable to multiple stakeholders, including executive ownership and accountability
• Highly organized and strategic, with ability to roll-up the sleeves and execute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across different platforms: social, email, etc
• Adaptable, positive, with an attitude of success
• Comfortable working in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
