360Learning is looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to join our marketing team. Your mission is to lead our global marketing operations team, drive the adoption of account-based marketing within the organization, and support decision-making with facts, data, tools, and processes. Your role is key to help the marketing team scale and achieve goals to x4 demand within 12 months.
More specifically, you will mainly be in charge of monitoring and communicating marketing performance; optimizing conversions through lead routing, account scoring, nurturing strategies; building and maintaining a best-in-class tech stack, and boosting team productivity through automation, processes, and clarity.
You will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with strong product marketing, brand, content, demand gen, business development & sales leaders. You will benefit from thorough onboarding and continuous learning & coaching opportunities as you grow within the company.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Be aware of marketing targets, organization, tools, and processes
- Meet most of your colleagues
- Lead a first simple project to familiarize with our work environment
Within 3 months, you will:
- Collect business needs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Define your quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
- Take ownership of our ABM tools & processes
Within 6 months, you will:
- Coach 1 or 2 team members
- Establish the 12-months roadmap for the marketing ops team
- Develop best-in-class outbound capabilities
Within 12 months, you will:
- Identify and lead projects to drive marketing performance
- Give strategic input to define the business plan
- Be a key partner for marketing, operations, and sales leaders
The Skills Set
- 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience with account-based marketing platforms, Salesforce, and marketing tools
- Strong problem-solving and structuring skills
- Ability to communicate clearly on complex projects
- Understanding of marketing and sales organizations
- Growth mindset & can-do attitude
