We are seeking a Director, Marketing Operations to develop and lead our Marketing Operations team. You will report to the CMO, working collaboratively with the rest of the marketing leadership team and key business unit stakeholders.
Responsibilities include marketing reporting, metrics, and ROI analysis; lead assignment and follow-up process; database management; campaign execution support and marketing technology. The ideal candidate is collaborative, process-driven, detail oriented and has demonstrated experience building operational processes from the ground up.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing reporting and dashboard development, analysis and delivery including using data from Google Analytics, Marketo and relevant marketing systems
• Create, implement, monitor, and enforce lead management process with service-level agreement
• Develop, define, and roll-out an end-to-end marketing process optimization and governance
• Manage all marketing prospect and customer databases in Marketo, including segmentation; Manage and maintain lead and account scoring model
• Ensure that Martech stacks are integrated and deployed effectively, including funnel optimization, goal definitions, data tracking, application of data insights, measurement, and analytics - in line with budget, plan and timeline - with continuous communication
• Work closely with the Microsoft Dynamics administrator to ensure all leads, contacts, accounts are properly assigned to sales teams
• Manage team of marketing project managers and marketing operations professionals, who support the management of marketing programs and build campaigns
• Ensure the integrity of data, including compliance with global privacy laws
• Own current marketing technology stack. Establish a roadmap for the marketing technology infrastructure for the next three years and work with appropriate internal and external resources to implement
• Build and manage unified reporting - campaign ROI analysis, data visualization, insights, and funnel analysis

REQUIREMENTS

• 7 to 10 years of experience working in the Marketing operations function in a B2B environment
• Robust experience working with marketing automation (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Dynamics preferred)
• Strong understanding of lead management process in B2B environment
• Experience with database management including Accounts, Contacts and Leads
• Strong understanding of current marketing technologies available in the market to improve conversion and efficiency
• Experience working with BI-tools required
• Active listener with strong communication skills and an agile problem solver
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to details
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experienced in building, managing and motivating cross-functional, multi-national teams
