As the Director, Marketing Campaigns reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing, you will create and plan an effective integrated marketing strategy to drive business objectives. This role promotes cross-functional collaboration in close partnership with Product marketing, Sales and Partnerships. This leader is responsible for campaign ideation, program creation, as well as developing playbooks for campaigns, leveraging analytics to optimize results, and collaborating to scale through different channels to achieve the results.

About You

  • You have 10+ years of experience in Campaigns. 
  • You thrive on data and thirst to gather qualitative, quantitative, and anecdotal evidence to fuel and optimize campaign performance.
  • You are not afraid to take chances and test new things.
  • You excel in a team environment, driving collaboration across departments and disciplines to get the best possible outcome.
  • You are curious, proactive & thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have proven experience working with marketing and sales functions to deliver superior results.
  • You have an understanding and a playbook around Account-Based Engagement.
  • You have People Leadership experience. 

Outcomes

  • Understand Ada's mission and how campaigns contribute to our overall success, develop marketing strategies, plans and KPIs aligned to company objectives, and own these metrics.
  • Develop close relationships with the other marketing and sales stakeholders, collaborating on joint marketing plans that tie to revenue goals, and ensuring that our relationships are mutually beneficial.
  • Identify opportunities and use cases to maximize pipeline creation. 
  • Develop systems and processes that allow you to keep a close eye on the full-funnel lifecycle, all the way from awareness to acquisition, enablement and advocacy; proactively consider ways that marketing can be leveraged at every stage in the journey.
  • Establish and consistently report out on campaign engagement, enablement, and performance metrics.
