JOB SUMMARY:

The Director of Lead Generation is responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive acquisition strategy designed to generate bottom-funnel leads, increase sales, and reduce the cost of goods sold (COGS). The ideal candidate must have experience building and managing multi-million-dollar lead generation campaigns and demonstrate their ability to scale and manage large-scale lead generation engines effectively. Success in this role is measured by their ability to deliver high-quality qualified sales leads and opportunities that regularly result in business wins.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring a strategic vision and innovative approach to build upon our lead generation
  • Hands-on management of the development and execution of lead generation programs, including but not limited to search, display, OTT, out-of-home, paid social, print, direct mail, and external partnerships
  • Facilitate and manage lead forecasting, budgeting and pacing, campaign creation and optimization
  • Develop a smart dialer strategy, working with the Sales team to maximize call patterns and lead efficiency
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external business partners and third-party lead aggregators
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lead sources to determine the proper level of investment
  • Partner with the Email Marketing Specialist to develop lead nurturing programs to engage top-funnel prospects, moving them from leads to opportunities
  • Report on campaign performance, lead flow conversions and make recommendations for future improvements-based results
  • Continuously and systematically optimize media portfolio against KPIs, developing testing plans and strategies to drivethe business forward
  • Monitor the latest trends in digital media, including advertising formats, channels, and emerging technologies, to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how Ensurem can best leverage new tools and services

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES

  • Organizational skills to run multiple ad campaigns simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a get it done mentally
  • Ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functionally
  • Excellent project management skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • Professional marketing experience that includes creating, executing, and managing national integrated marketing campaigns that include multi-million paid media channels
  • 8+ years of experience managing all disciplines of demand generation
  • 3+ years in a marketing management role
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising [Bing], Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics
  • Experience developing and managing smart dialer strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to drive campaigns that drive our ROI and meet/exceed KPI's
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and SaleforceMarketing Cloud a plus

CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

  • Google Ads certification a plus
  • Microsoft Advertising certification a plus
  • Facebook BluePrint certification a plus
  • Google Analytics certification a plus
