About the role

This is a key position on the Solutions Marketing organization. Reporting to the Vice President of Industry & Solutions Marketing, you will identify new solution areas in attractive markets, lead the strategic positioning and go-to-market (GTM) planning, and own the overall commercial success of our business within the segment. You will approach this role with a growth mindset – focused on continuous learning and experimentation to keep our solutions relevant to the ever-changing markets we serve.

In this role, you will lead a direct and cross functional team responsible for:

  • Leading the bi-annual strategic planning process through which we identify emerging solutions in high growth markets through deep market analysis
  • Developing and codify deep buyer insights to identify customer value drivers and, in turn, identify opportunities for product and market innovation
  • Building a value proposition tightly aligned to key buyer challenges, and using these insights to define the optimal mix of Quickbase platform capabilities & features to market
  • Conducting competitive research, win/loss analysis, and other feedback mechanisms to determine and evaluate competitive positioning of these solutions
  • Collaborating with marketing & sales leadership to drive strategic clarity and buy-in on the strategy and go to market approach
  • Developing engaging tools and content that enable go to market teams to increase buyer engagement across the entire consideration journey
  • Serving as a visible internal and external subject matter expert in your industry / solution area, and drive Quickbase share of voice externally
  • Collaborating with GTM teams within sales and marketing to develop best-in-class integrated programs, activate on various tools & content, and drive its overall adoption

You will have:

  • 8+ years of solutions or portfolio marketing experience with 3+ years in B2B software
  • 3+ years of direct & cross-functional team leadership and development experience
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods with highly developed skills in translating customer insights into compelling messages
  • Ability to be a proactive self-starter, capable of independently leading multiple projects simultaneously
  • A passion for storytelling, strong content creation & presentation skills with ability to educate and inspire GTM teams
  • Strong communication, collaboration & analytical skills
