Spreetail is looking to add a Director of Growth Analytics to our Assortment Growth team! This role will be integral in assisting our Assortment Growth teams, including Business Development, Acceleration, and our new Growth department. This individual will lead a team of Sales Coaches who will be responsible for leveling up new and existing team members along with providing detailed analysis on how to better grow our business development leads.

How you will achieve success:

• Build and lead teams that aid in owning the execution of processes for the Growth team and own all non-technical training for the division. Document data workflows for Business Development/Acceleration/Growth teams to ensure tools are being built for maximum business impact.
• Set vision for Insights & Performance teams, providing direction, and insights to accelerate the growth of new vendor business, ensure the company is using accurate and scalable insights for critical reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
• Build and maintain the portfolio of data and insights needs across the Growth Division and work with the data management team to deliver them to the business teams. Track key performance metrics across the business development team and align training/coaching resources to measurably improve BD performance 
• See and predict business process changes that require an evolution in insights approach and work with the business teams to adapt appropriately. Own Acquisition GMV planning and modeling, vendor targeting, lead generation, and continuous improvement of the vendor targeting prices.
• Lead a team of Sales Performance Coaches whose focus is on leveling up new and existing Business Development team members in both Cross Border and domestic teams, individual contributors, and managers. Own the onboarding and ongoing training for the Business Development team, responsible for knowledge and performance milestones in the training term.

What experiences will help you in this role:

• Experience leading and managing teams.
• 5-10 years of experience leading a team driving insights generation, analytical solutions, and business outcomes. Doing so in an ecommerce environment highly preferred.
• Experience in process management, KPI tracking, and CRM management.
• P&L management experience.
• Advanced skills in reporting tools such as SQL, PowerBI, etc.
