What you get to do in this role:
- Own Company’s monthly/quarterly forecasting process, consolidation, and management reporting
- Drive high quality analytics and reporting to support Corporate FP&A deliverables
- Provide insight and value-added analysis to the leadership team to help drive the business forward
- Drive automation and improve existing financial reporting – standardize reporting and analysis
- Be a trusted finance partner and develop strong, collaborative relationships with executive level business partners and key stakeholders in the GT organization
- Support systems/tools implementation, drive system enhancements, and identify opportunities to optimize performance
- Partner cross functionally with Line of Business FP&A teams, Accounting, SEC reporting, Tax, Treasury, Investor Relations, and other parts of the organization
- Help build a strong team of financial analysts. develop and coach team members for success in their career progression
- Work independently and drive change in a fast growing and moving environment
- Drive recurring and ad-hoc projects
To be successful in this role you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required, CPA qualification a plus
- 12+ years of financial analysis experience in SaaS environment, corporate FP&A function of a major corporation or similar organization
- Experience managing budget for Marketing globally
- Highly analytical, fact driven, process orientated, but comfortable challenging the status quo and setting new strategic/operational direction
- Deep understanding of corporate finance, financial accounting, and financial analysis
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, including strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- 5+ years of people management experience
- Advanced experience in MS excel and SAP applications; experience with Anaplan, BI applications a plus

Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
