Outreach is seeking a strategic Field Marketing leader to join our Demand Generation team. Field Marketing at Outreach is a critical channel for driving qualified leads, accelerating new and expansion pipeline, and closing deals. This position will be focused on developing the strategic vision and goals for the field marketing team, partnering closely with the field sales reps to support their pipeline growth with unique experiential learning events and programs. This senior leader will own not only the strategy and vision, but will also hire and manage the quickly growing field marketing team, manage internal pipeline targets, vendor relationships, budgets, and more.


Location: This is a remote role and are open to anywhere in the US.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Manage and grow a fast growing team of field marketers and program managers
  • Design and execute creative field programs to positively impact the sales pipeline
  • Partner with sales leaders and field reps to identify top priorities each quarter and build and execute on marketing OKRs to address them
  • Identify and execute trade show sponsorships that advance company and marketing objectives and deliver significant ROI
  • Work closely with marketing peers across departments and serve as voice of the field back to marketing to inform and shape vertical and horizontal campaigns and programs
  • Manage relationships with multiple vendors including trade show sponsors, our event management partners, swag vendors, etc.
  • Manage multi-million dollar budget and prioritize areas of expenditure based on marketing objectives and sales needs 
  • Determine and hold the field marketing team accountable for full-funnel goals and KPIs, including owning a field marketing revenue target. This also includes the reporting, attribution of KPIs
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, with the ability to drive clarity for the team

Requirements

  • 12+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably for a SaaS technology company 
  • Experience in managing, mentoring and growing a team
  • The ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into field strategies and programs
  • A true creative! You love thinking outside of the box and trying things that have never been done before
  • Extensive experience working with sales teams 
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and execution as needed
  • Strong project management, creative problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Lead and influence w/ executives and cross-functional teams
  • Data-driven mindset focused on setting and measuring KPIs and pipeline metrics
  • Excellent budget and financial management skills
  • Experience working in both digital and in-person event environments
  • Demonstrated ability to create net new event types, based on business need
  • Experience working in an integrated marketing/demand gen organization
  • Positive and motivated self-starter
