  • Built, executed, and measured global digital marketing campaigns, leveraging SEO, programmatic ads, and more.
  • Knowledge of the recruiting landscape, common talent acquisition metrics, and experience working with CRMs and ATS’s.
  • An analytical predisposition - you lead with curiosity and find insights and meaning in data
  • Built trusted partnerships with marketing peers, knowing how to support both collaboration and autonomy with thoughtful stakeholder management to influence and execute seamlessly.

You Are:

  • Someone who has a global mindset - appreciating the nuances of different geographies and different businesses
  • A project manager at heart, regardless of training or background; you believe the key to execution is a well-laid plan
  • Aware that you hold a high standard for your work
  • A thoughtful collaborator, great listener, and excellent communicator capable of tying programs to business value and outcomes
  • Comfortable in ambiguity, thrive through change, are highly adaptable and can create clarity while bringing a team along for the journey through shifting priorities

  • Within your sixth month, you will have executed on half of your roadmap and be measuring the results, customizing and tailoring the needs for the remainder of the year based on your findings
