In this role, you will serve as Director, Digital Marketing within HCE based in Atlanta, GA. The Director, Digital Marketing will lead B2B digitalcustomer engagement for Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE). You will beresponsible for driving and scaling our worldwide demand generation in afast-paced environment. This high-impact role will lead a growing teamresponsible for HCE's website, paid media, social media, content marketing, anddigital analysis. Ideally you will be able to combine hands on engagement withour digital channels to drive our pipeline goals with being a people leader whoinspires creativity and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the team's capabilities, nurturing our culture of performance excellence
  • Be the go-to expert on all digital marketing, including website performance optimization, search, social, display, and content marketing
  • Create and implement a multi-channel demand generation strategy to attract, engage, and convert current customers and new prospects
  • Ensure that digital marketing strategies align to commercial and brand priorities
  • Lead planning and optimization of all paid digital programs including media buys
  • Build analytics capabilities to track and improve website performance, content performance, and user journeys
  • Optimize landing pages and website content via A/B testing, and partnering with campaign owners and the marketing automation team a focus on SEO to yield awareness and top of funnel demand
  • Collaborate with Content team to develop and distribute content via our paid and unpaid channels
  • Implement and foster calendar planning across team, including website content, social media, and content marketing
  • Work with vendors and agencies to accomplish necessary tasks
  • Integrate amplification efforts with social media, media relations, marketing communications and employee communications
  • Manage a budget and work across finance and marketing ops teams to track, forecast and report on results to senior leadership


Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience leading digital marketing and demand generation in a fast-growing company, preferably in a B2B SaaS business or Fortune 100 company
  • 5+ years people management experience, with ability to attract, nurture, and retain top talent
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Expertise in modern digital growth strategies including SEO, SEM, social, paid media, media buying, display, content syndication, analytics platforms, and web technologies
  • Highly curious and analytical, with an ability to identify the highest impact activities
  • Hands on attitude
  • Experience managing a media budget and refining activities to deliver on pipeline goals
  • Understanding of how to build and apply audience segmentation models, including retargeting
  • Ability to present strategies, forecasts, and results to executive management
