Job Description:

The Director of Digital Experience Strategy is the kind of marketer that wants to see the data, who questions every assumption and chooses an A/B test over a leap of faith, and have experience with how Digital Experience platforms like Adobe, Salesforce, Google, and others, and are familiar with advertising and CRM.

You will stop at nothing to inspire even more conceptual innovation and improvement. Reporting to the Digital Experience Practice Director, you will be a catalyst for creative results for clients, and inspiration for great work and culture internally. You will partner with the rest of our Experience Team to bring results across all industries. You will work both on client work and prospective business opportunities, balance is essential.

We find people-based insights that influence and inspire great experiences through customer research and analytics. We provide the brands the to empathize with their customers at scale over time through Personalization. We establish a strategy and framework for objective and measurable great experiences. We manage the process of making experiences measurably better and materially valuable for our clients through experimentation with Test and Learn programs

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the building and delivery of the strategy for digital experiences - mostly centered on Websites and Mobile applications.
  • Team Leadership, matrixed resource planning, being a mentor, P&L support, and business development
  • Manage people and projects including Personalization Strategy, Web and Mobile Strategy, Customer Research, and Conversion Rate Optimization to ensure strategy projects are performed correctly
  • Develop trusted long-term relationships with important client contacts and executives
  • Ensure meaningful client value is delivered through a mix of best-practice solutions, skills, and original thinking
  • Identify essential data points and measurements to show the impact of our approach and strategy on our client's business
  • Monitor current marketing trends, new technology solutions, and competitive strategies - and then translate them into new marketing ideas for clients.



Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in data-driven marketing - with recent experience specifically in web and mobile
  • 3 or more years working in an agency or consulting firm
  • Be an expert in the areas of digital marketing and CRM
  • Show an understanding of differences in marketing to customers in different markets and environments
  • Experience developing solutions to support the sale of new services to clients.
  • Hands-on skills using data and research to guide decisions
  • Experience translating data analysis into relevant marketing recommendations and presentations
  • High curiosity, drive, and determination
  • Comfort and experience working within a matrixed organization in roles with a wide degree of latitude
  • 20-50% travel.



Additional Information:

For individuals assigned to and/or hired in Colorado, the anticipated salary range for this position is $143,000 - $215,000, which is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. Pay ranges in locations other than Colorado may differ based on labor market wage rates in those locations. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
