Our Senior Digital Marketing Manager will own and lead Bizzabo’s digital strategy and execution plan. This person will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, including Creative Designers, Content teams, Web Development, Go-to-market teams, Product Marketing and Branding to drive digital growth and ensure the strategic execution of all Bizzabo’s digital properties and channels including the website, paid search and social and SEO. They will be analytical, consistently reviewing website and channel data to proactively drive iterations and will lead the team through a strategy that optimizes quality traffic, leads and conversions to demo sign ups. They will also be a hard-working flexible team player that can easily collaborate with a large team in constant motion. They should have a strong project management foundation, be a positive and motivating leader to their team, and have a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven and high-pressure environment.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead Bizzabo’s digital acquisition efforts and grow it into a best in class revenue driven machine
  • Own our website strategy and workflows
  • Collaborate with our Creative, Content and Web Development teams to further define our web and digital strategy and create campaigns that are aligned to our target ICP industries and personas to drive more demo sign ups
  • Support marketing to all segments, including ABM strategy analysis of campaign attribution, performance and conversion rates and finding repeatable & scalable tactics to grow our business
  • Establish specific KPIs and ensure necessary reporting to track, analyze and report on channel metrics, performance, and customer data to measure effectiveness and optimize results
  • Rigorously track, analyze and communicate our lead generation and pipeline opportunity contributions on a regular basis
  • Enhance our results through optimization, testing, QA and other means
  • Identify ways to improve our marketing mix to minimize our cost of acquisition and accelerate revenue
  • Drive SEO strategy to include consistent evaluation of keywords to support the right content strategy and to lead technical SEO updates


Who you are:

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation within a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record in partnering with Sales, Sales Development & Revenue Operations to drive pipeline and funnel performance
  • Demonstrated mastery in SEO & SEM
  • Experience managing at least $1M of paid acquisition campaigns
  • Must have experience with WordPress and Hubspot or equivalent marketing automation solution
  • Strong analytical skills, and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to continually optimize performance and determine future investments
  • Team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

 In accordance with the New York Pay Transparency Law: The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing role has a starting salary range of $130,000-$150,000.
