About the Team: 

Demand Generation at ActionIQ plays a critical role in our efforts to raise awareness, drive demand and hit our revenue goals. The Demand Generation function works in partnership with Product Marketing, Content, and Customer Marketing to ensure we have the right message, content and customers to power our strategy. As a member of the team, you’ll join a fast-paced, results-driven group of marketers that are passionate about taking our company to the next level of growth.

About the Role: 

ActionIQ is looking for a highly experienced demand generation expert to build and scale our demand generation strategy. You will bring a deep understanding of how to market through the entire buying cycle in a B2B SaaS environment. You will own and be responsible for all aspects of this role, from strategy to execution and optimization. This director will play both player and coach as they grow a team of campaign experts and SDRs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through the entire buying cycle
  • Build high impact ABM programs across channels (website, email, social media, search, channel, etc.)
  • Strategize and execute marketing campaigns for the different stages of the buyer journey through the funnel
  • Work cross functionally with product marketing, digital and field marketing to define and design campaign workflows that support key business metrics (leads, MQLs, SQLs, ACV)
  • Develop a unified cross-channel strategy that aims to hit plan, and build more velocity and efficiency in our Sales channels
  • Own overall calendar across of marketing activities and communicating that internally as well as through exertal channels (email, social, web)
  • Manage lead management process and SDR team that handles inbound lead flow
  • Identify, recommend, and pursue new tactics to reach specific target markets 
  • Build dashboards, measure impact and report on program effectiveness while constantly looking at ways to optimize results
  • Track lead flow to ensure the appropriate sales channels are following up on marketing in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years Demand Generation or Campaign Management experience in B2B enterprise software marketing 
  • Experience with core marketing technology products, specifically marketing automation (Hubspot, Marketo, etc)
  • Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with Inbound, Outbound and Account Based Marketing strategies preferred
  • Budget management experience required
  • Thrive in a fast paced, startup environment 
  • Passion for results, measurement and optimization to continuously drive ROI
  • Team-player, willing to go the extra mile to help other team members excel
  • Experienced with people and/or team management or has a desire to gain that experience as part of growth
