The Director of Enterprise Demand Generation will lead the overall strategy to help scale our demand gen efforts for Udacity’s rapidly growing Enterprise business in North America. This person will be responsible for driving integrated global campaigns and delivering world-class content that drives interest from our target accounts and prospects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with GTM teams to build integrated marketing campaigns that drive revenue and pipeline.
  • Plan and execute an ABM strategy to engage the buying committee at target accounts throughout the entire customer journey.
  • Own all the key demand generation channels, including webinars, direct mail, content syndication, advertising, events, and field marketing.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and optimize spend on top-performing channels to hit pipeline goals.
  • Create relevant and compelling content for target audiences and build the distribution strategy across the most effective channels to meet your goals.
  • Oversee the execution of LinkedIn, Facebook, digital marketing (search + display), email, programmatic content and landing page/funnel optimization.
  • Define KPIs, create pipeline forecasts, and provide recommendations to increase campaign effectiveness.
  • Test landing pages and emails to improve conversion rates.
  • Focus on sales enablement programs to ensure that SDR follow-up to all campaign activity is prioritized by target account, persona, and intent score. 
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to build, tailor, and extend our campaigns to reach industry verticals and segments.

What we value:

  • Established experience (7+ years) successfully building a demand gen program for a SaaS or similar enterprise business focused on selling to the Global 2000.
  • Metrics-driven professional that can also write and optimize copy and design.
  • Experience with defining and managing a lead nurturing program.
  • Deep expertise in marketing analytics (e.g. conversion rates, cost per lead, CAC, CPA, etc.)
  • Excellent written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas in a way that is easy to consume.
  • Enthusiastic problem-solver who can think creatively and excel in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Comfort with converting content into actionable briefs and marketing campaigns that have large, complex sales cycles.
  • Team-oriented disposition with ability to facilitate and own cross-functional collaboration.
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Marketo, and Bizible.
  • Hands-on ABM experience with Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus, or another ABM vendor.
