The Director of Demand Generation Analytics is new position within Inspire Brands. The right candidate will be energized to develop a new practice focused on supporting Inspire's ambitious demand generation roadmap. The role will support all brands in the Inspire portfolio and will be directly instrumental in shaping the future of Inspire's understanding of their customers, owned, and paid media as we believe data and analytics will be paramount to help us buy and use the appropriate media based on different business objectives.

Reporting in through the Sr Director of Analytics Products and Services, this role will work in close partnership with brand-level leaders, shared services functions supporting in-house media planning and analytics, and Digital teams. This role will drive thought leadership and analytics supporting Inspire's ongoing transformation toward a consistent and scalable working model centered around holistic, audience-centric planning. Specifically, this role will help drive business-critical investment decisions around supporting an agile, test and learn process and developing and delivering a standardized standardization of measurement. The ideal candidate will be a technical problem solver willing to jump in headfirst to help us unlock insights across Inspire's media investments. While note a requirement, experience with media analytics tools, first and third-party data, and/or time at an agency would be an added plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demand Generation Measurement - develop and maintain integrated measurement framework across channel(s), tactics, and attribution
  • Campaign Analytics - support media strategy and planning to enhance their national, local, and test and learn planning functions
  • In House Media Analytics - Partner with in-house media team (social, search, and programmatic) to optimize internal capabilities
  • Digital channel reporting - working between IT, Customer Personalization, Media and the Digital teams, to bring various first party data sources together with digital activity and conversion data to report on channel performance and create actionable insights; to identify changes to long-term strategy and short-term tactics to drive additional sales growth
  • Drive revenue - demonstrate the value of the Inspire portfolio through better attribution measurement and mix optimization



EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • Required Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or Quantitative Economics

    Preferred: Master's degree



EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION

Required Minimum:

  • 3+ years of managing analytical products and team(s), preferably in the marketing/media analytics space
  • Problem solving skills and a bias toward action
  • Experience building and working with digital attribution in B2C organization(s)
  • Capable of creative storytelling, data visualization and presentation



Preferred:

  • Experience working in an agile / scrum environment
  • Experience working with raw digital data (i.e. Google Analytics) and first party data to build custom reports and analytics
  • Experience working in Agency (or similar) environment that services multiple Clients/Brands
  • 4+ years of data analysis experience using SQL
  • 4+ years of reporting and dashboarding experience using Tableau, Power BI, and / or other visualization software
  • 3+ years of experience with digital data, both front-end reporting and back-end data feeds, and / or other attribution tools
