About the Role

Stitch Fix is looking for a passionate and seasoned CRM expert to lead the vision and drive the evolution of our CRM efforts, with the goal of delivering marketing personalization at scale and driving business growth.  In this role, you will lead the team that creates, manages, implements and optimizes the client strategy across all touchpoints post the client’s first purchase with the goal of maximizing customer lifetime value and driving engagement.  You and your team will be responsible for all elements of our channel marketing, from setting the vision and high level strategy, program execution, testing, reporting and optimization.  Using a data-driven approach, you will lead the team to achieve the goal of delivering the right message, to the right person, at the right time, in the right channel.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Drive the vision and strategy for our CRM efforts in order to engage customers and deliver business growth.  This includes rethinking the CRM strategy as we evolve our business to include direct shopping experiences
  • Drive continued optimization and evolution of our channel marketing programs, including lifecycle trigger programs, transactional messaging and large scale campaigns
  • Drive a two-pronged view of the customer’s experience and interactions with the company, ensuring that communication is optimized in a holistic and client-centric fashion while balancing both Fix and Freestyle shopping models
  • Drive increased process efficiency that enables the team to maximize impact while minimizing overhead effort
  • Build testing roadmap and work to continually test, iterate and optimize our efforts in order to increase the effectiveness of all channels
  • Set the vision for channel measurement and analytics, ensuring we are appropriately measuring performance and impact and using learnings to inform campaign planning and optimization
  • Proactively optimizes and ensure the health of the channels via regular reviews of KPI/ metrics and channel health checks
  • Manage a large and growing team of talented channel marketers and strategists, ensuring their continued development and growth

  • You have 10+ years of Marketing experience including senior level experience in CRM, performance marketing and / or analytics
  • You are a strong people manager, and you can lead through others to grow and develop a high performing team through your strong sense of integrity and trust 
  • You have a successful track-record of developing marketing strategies, executing, measuring, and delivering on performance targets
  • You have a high degree of comfort working with sophisticated data scientists and product managers; you’re invested in analytical rigor and methodological precision
  • You’re passionate about partnering and boldly creating the future; you can develop an overall CRM strategy, get buy-in from a range of cross functional partners and work with your own team and those cross functional partners to execute the strategy
  • You are highly data-driven and understand how to optimize marketing programs to deliver upon overall company goals and metrics
  • You have strong data visualization skills and are able to effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business
  • You possess a strong understanding of consumer mindset and consumer empathy and you have a dedication to great consumer experiences
  • You’re innovative and have a growth mindset; you know how to solve at high speed and have a high level of accountability
