We work across Sales, Product, Brand, Content, Talent, Partnerships and Social and we collaborate with every part of the Calmorganization.
What You'll Do:
This role will be building out the future of B2B creative services at Calm. The Director of B2B Creative Services will develop the overarching creative strategy, positioning, and key creative materials while also spearheading campaign management and execution across all platforms. This leader will build out a best in class team as well as source vendors, freelancers and agency partners to bring the campaigns to life. The right candidate is experienced in working with talent, disruptive/innovative and understands how to connect to an audience in unexpected ways to create zeitgeist.
- Oversee and execute best-in-class campaigns and programs from inception through delivery to achieve business objectives.
- Utilizing and interpreting research and audience insights to develop the creative strategy and campaign
- Build and Lead a team of creative managers and coordinators
- Supervise multiple internal and external resources, vendors, agencies and freelancers in the development of assets and campaign activations
- Partner closely with social, editorial, partnerships, PR and content on the development and execution of 360 campaigns
- Key thought-leader in creating new approaches to creative marketing campaigns
- Deliver big creative ideas that break-through in a cluttered, competitive landscape.
- Take bold swings with creative ideas grounded in strategy and insights.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years creative marketing and/or creative director experience with depth of people and vendor management experience
- Creative thought leadership with specific campaign examples of highly creative & experimental campaigns
- Strong communication, presentation skills and positive team collaboration is a must
- Expertise in developing global campaigns utilizing local insights and feedback to localize campaigns
