At Lyft, our mission is to improve people’s lives with the world’s best transportation. We start with our own community by creating an open, inclusive, and diverse organization.

We brighten people’s day by rolling up in a Wienermobile. We get them to vaccine appointments and voting booths. We make it easy to get the heck out of Dodge by renting a car in just a few taps. If you’re looking to work on some cool stuff, you’re in the right spot.

We’re looking for a few specifics, too. Like a people-first mentality and a high EQ, balanced with killer design chops and razor-sharp data skills. As a Creative Director focused on Lyft’s growth and product marketing, you’ll oversee creative for multiple lines of businesses spanning Rideshare; Bikes and Scooters; Lyft Business; Lyft Rentals; Express Drive; and Lyft Vehicle Services.

You should be a seasoned creative leader in the digital space with a strong background in design and fluency in content strategy. You have a knack for explaining creative concepts to non-creative audiences, and for building memorable stories and visuals that cut through the noise. You have strong business instincts and experience using data to make the business case for creative resources. You have a history of building creative teams, infrastructure, and processes, and driving cross-functional projects. You communicate—and operate—with humor and empathy.

Reporting to the VP of Creative, as part of the Creative Leadership team, you’ll lead internal creative teams and external agencies to develop work that drives business impact and elevates creativity as a growth lever. Effortless collaboration and experience partnering closely with growth and product marketing teams is a must. In this role, you’ll work across rider and driver acquisition and engagement. You'll have the opportunity to influence our core user experiences, and break new ground in an environment that supports learning and innovation.

Join us! We’re working and playing at an incredible moment of joy and optimism. Vaccine access is widely available. People are going out again, albeit carefully. And Lyft has a major role to play in helping people get back out there safely.

When applying, please provide a link to your portfolio.
