The Director of Corporate Communications will be responsible for enhancing FourKites’ reputation as the #1 supply chain visibility platform and an employer of choice. As an experienced communications professional, you will be the ultimate brand ambassador, with a passion for innovative and compelling storytelling across both internal and external channels.

The Director of Corporate Communications will focus on leading and executing initiatives that build culture and unify FourKites’ internal and external brand image across the globe through consistent messaging and brand strategy. You will drive key company communication initiatives across internal and external channels — from PR, social media, external brand campaigns, employee communications, company presentations and more. In this role, you will develop proactive brand communication campaigns aligned to FourKites’ vision, values and company goals. You will support senior leaders, partner with HR and collaborate with global communication partners to advance key strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic & Executive Communications: Be able to tell the story of FourKites to relevant audiences in a variety of forms; including journalist interviews, analyst briefings, investor relations, and executive presentations & interview prep
• Brand-building: Develop and implement strategies that combine creative and editorial to drive the FourKites brand in multiple geographies and to a variety of audiences in a consistent, compelling, relevant way. Ensure that our digital (owned and earned properties) and physical (templates, booth properties) look and feel and messaging are consistent with FourKites’ brand, tone & voice.
• Employer Branding: Partner with HR to support employee engagement, retention and recruitment programs. Develop a consistent internal and external employee brand messaging strategy that articulates FourKites’ key employee value propositions.
• Editorial Calendar: Manage editorial calendar, including blog posts, bylines, social media and events, and serve as the first-line editor for all content to ensure quality and consistency of brand standards. 

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in corporate marketing or strategic communications roles; enterprise software experience preferred
• 5-7+ experience in public relations, developing relationships and working with media outlets
• Experience working with international teams and programs
• Excellent writing and messaging skills, and an ability to present complex topics in a relevant, compelling way
• Expertise in scoping and directing agency work
• Ability to thrive and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
