Director of Consumer Marketing

Job Overview

This position is focused on creating awareness to inspire more patients to enroll in emocha’s program to

build healthy adherence habits. We’re looking for an experienced consumer marketer to lead

messaging and positioning of emocha’s digital program to help us meet our ambitious B2B2C growth goals. As our Consumer Marketing Director, you'll own the end-to-end positioning and messaging

strategy for consumer-facing enrollment campaigns for emocha’s Digital Medication Adherence Program

(available to patients with chronic conditions such as asthma, diabetes, and hypertension). Reporting to

emocha’s VP of Marketing and Comms, you will own all patient/member marketing efforts which directly impact two key metrics: member reach and enrollment rates. You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and creation of product-specific enrollment campaigns to ensure message and positioning are continually coming to life in campaigns, end to end. You'll partner closely with emocha’s Client Success, Design, Product, Analytics, and Patient Solutions teams to develop winning consumer campaigns and measure their impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead strategy and execution of member marketing campaigns across email, direct mail, digital, webinars, voice call, SMS, and client-led channels to support enrollment growth.
  • Own creative briefs for campaigns, partnering with marketing operations, design and copy to produce campaigns and iterate, ensuring positioning is continually coming to life in campaigns, end to end.
  • Coordinate closely with design and content teams to ensure campaign messaging and collateral are on-brand.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of competitor landscape to influence consumer marketing strategy.
  • Assess the effectiveness of specific campaigns on an ongoing basis (in partnership with the data team) to deliver regular reporting of campaign performance and metrics, highlighting key successes and areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Develop client-facing pitch decks to outline member onboarding efforts.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in D2C or B2B2C healthcare marketing (product marketing ideal)
  • Strong cross-functional team player – you have on-the-job experience managing and communicating complex projects with many stakeholders
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Proactive “doer” who knows how to get things done
  • Lead with curiosity and an experimental mindset
  • Have the ability to zoom in and out from details to strategy
  • Someone who is deeply curious and adaptable with high mental clock speed. Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of consumer insights
  • Experience in Healthcare, Digital Marketing, and startup or high-growth environments
