We are seeking a strong and driven Director of Closing Strategy. The Strategy & Growth Organization is responsible for evaluating and executing on high-priority strategic initiatives and partnerships across the company to accelerate growth and improve efficiency. The Director of Closing Strategy will drive the development and ultimate execution of a clear vision and strategy for Flyhomes Closing and how it fits into the overall Flyhomes mission of delivering the world’s best homebuying experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with the existing Flyhomes Closing team to understand the starting point, complexities, and nuances of the business
  • In collaboration with teams across Flyhomes, develop a cohesive strategy for Flyhomes Closing that supports and aligns with the overall company strategy, focused on delivering the best client experiences
  • Drive alignment on the strategy across the company and especially with the executive team
  • Create a clear execution plan to make the strategy a reality
  • Take a leadership role in executing on the plan

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-7 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or corporate strategy, or a similar role in high-growth companies
  • Hypothesis-driven approach to ambiguous questions, creating structure and leveraging data to draw out insights and distill complex ideas into straightforward and compelling narratives
  • Strength in analytical, conceptual, and abstract problem-solving
  • Eager to take ownership of a project with a “can do” attitude
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong growth mindset, taking a proactive approach to your professional development
  • Demonstrated problem-structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven experience effectively presenting to and influencing senior leadership, with excellent oral and written (slides, charts, and prose) communication skills
