With functions spanning global business and consumer marketing, consumer insights, creative, brand marketing, and marketing operations, the team enables and activates marketing initiatives across the entire Snap Inc. ecosystem.
We’re looking for a senior leader to lead our business marketing in North America. In this role, you’ll partner with Creative, Product, Comms, Sales, and Insights teams, around the world to build and execute marketing programs which grow Snap’s advertising business across the region.
What you’ll do:
Build and lead a diverse, rapidly growing team of business marketers responsible for growing our business with advertisers and agencies across North America.
Create and execute marketing programs which deliver on the strategy and communicate Snap’s value proposition for businesses via innovative campaigns, narratives, success stories, thought leadership, industry partnerships, educational workshops, and events (virtual, and in-person.)
Define Snap’s core narrative for advertisers in the region, tailoring it to individual advertiser audiences, industry verticals, and agency segments in order to maximize relevance and impact.
Partner with other senior leaders and cross-functional teams, including Insights, Creative Strategy, Product Marketing, Comms, Marketing Science, and Sales to ensure our marketing delivers on Snap’s overarching business goals.
Collaborate with other business marketing leaders around the world to build and localize global marketing programs, and share best practices across our portfolio.
Share insights from our business marketing activity in the region with Snap’s senior leadership team in order to crystalize their understanding of market and customer dynamics.
Measure the effectiveness and ROI of business marketing and ensure it delivers on Snap’s goals in the region.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience
Extensive experience in a marketing leadership role
Experience leading teams which operate cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated success leading a business-to-business marketing team
Experience in regional or global marketing roles
Marketing experience at a digital platform, app, or media company
