About Your Role: 

Sendoso is seeking an experienced director of brand strategy to plan, guide and inform our rebrand. The ideal candidate should be strategic, research-and-data informed and understand the importance of storytelling. He/she should have experience managing teams, building brand awareness, consideration and preference that drive brand value. He/she will work closely with the CMO, SVP of corporate marketing, head of PR and VP of product to build, nurture and protect a world-class, global brand.

Who You Are:

  • Deep understanding of market, competitive and category research and analysis 
  • Ability to translate complex data and research into understandable, actionable points 
  • Experience managing brand professionals of various skill levels
  • Comfortable with presenting to senior executives
  • In depth experience guiding and managing holistic brand studies 
  • Skill in working across various different departments and functions 
  • Solid understanding of brand at scale to serve all needs of the business
  • Extensive knowledge of brand messaging and architecture
  • Strong collaboration skills with creative teams
  • Agency training and management experience

Your Typical Day:

  • Plan, manage and direct our first brand study
  • Write our new global rebrand strategic brief
  • Conduct analysis of market, category and competitive landscape
  • Build and manage an incredible brand team
  • Guide, inform and influence the entire rebranding process

Experience:

  • 10+ years of brand experience required, two years as a manager
