About Out of Office

Out of Office will solve the challenges that exist when you plan travel. Consumers want recommendations from their friends and family, but there is no good way to aggregate the information and act on those recommendations. Out Of Office is a travel platform centered around a curated inner circle of your choosing. We plan to revolutionize what it means to explore, plan and book travel through a hyper personalized lens. We are taking a content first approach to building a brand that consumers want to engage with as they plan their next vacation.

About the Role:

Out Of Office is a consumer lifestyle brand and this role will be responsible for leading the charge on how OOO shows up as a brand. This person will refine the OOO brand story and make sure it reaches our users and followers across platforms. As a senior leader, this person will manage, lead, and inspire the creative and content teams, while overseeing all visual and written content across all brand platforms in support of marketing and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive, strategic and compelling brand marketing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition and engagement
  • Use an analytical approach to establish KPIs and measure success
  • Ensure all OOO content is on brand and consistent in terms of brand voice, messaging and optimized for engagement
  • Develop positioning and strategies that allow marketing initiatives to reach our target audiences
  • Identify key moments to activate and amplify emerging and trending culture across the campaign calendar through a mix of content, IRL activations and partnerships, and virtual/social tactics.
  • Manage a team of full time and freelance content creators and writers
  • Work closely with performance marketing to launch and optimize paid campaigns that drive user downloads
  • Develop creative ways to maximize our marketing spend, including guerrilla marketing and community engagement
  • Oversee email marketing and develop strategies that ensure user engagement and retention

Your background:

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including building campaigns and complex project management
  • Experience working for a consumer lifestyle brand, and/or consumer app
  • Ability to create, communicate and execute an overall brand marketing strategy
  • Experience creating and launching creative campaigns
  • You have a passion for consumer technology and all things travel
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
